Sad news to post that we are in Vernon right now, to pay our respects to Pa who passed away suddenly last week on May 24th, just a month after his 74th birthday on April 21st.
The service was on Thursday at the Vernon cemetery where our friends and family gathered to say goodbye.
Kiyo got to have a nice visit with Pa on Pa’s birthday as we were in Vernon for Uncle Yoshitaka’s memorial service. He will remember Pa through all the pictures and videos we have from our visits.
