We decided to make this a New Year’s lasagna. Got a new stock pot for the event too since last year the sauce didn’t fit in our pot it was spilling over the top. Too funny our old pot fits inside this one.

We were a little more organized too, had our ingredients all laid out and ready to go, along with my FoodSafe certificate.

Not bad for timing either, we started at 9:00 and we got it in the oven just after 12:30.

This year’s edition weighed in at a modest 25.8 lbs.
