I just realized how badly underutilized this category is. Kind of like Darth Maul. He has to be the most underutilized character in the Star Wars universe.
So. Now that you know that it is still here. There may be stories to tell.
In “Today’s Class Action”, I present “The After Travel Cold”.
One of my favorites that comes to mind is the after travel cold. I believe this is negligence on the part of amusement parks. Take Disneyworld for example. It’s Orlando. It’s hot. And to keep their visitors happy and blindly spending all of their money, they keep the gift stores very well air conditioned. So what happens? Your body goes from HOT, to cold, to HOT, to cold. Dripping with sweat, to Arendelle icicles all over you, to Olaf in summer (feel free to break into song). This is very disruptive on your immune system. I’m sure there’s science to this somewhere.
And as a result, due to the weakened condition of your immune system, your body is vulnerable, all because of the greed and negligence of the amusement parks, who put retail income ahead of the health damaging, disruptive, rapid fluctuations of your body temperature.
There’s a class action somewhere in here I’m sure of it.
