Happy 5th Birthday Timi!!
There’s a lot of pics but this is one of our favorites. And yes I did say Happy 5th Birthday. So I’m not sure who’s idea it was that 5 year olds can drive unsupervised. Clearly they have not disclosed full details to their legal counsel.
So here’s how it started. He’s telling them red pedal stop green pedal go. Kiyoshi is parked behind Timi. The guy fires up Kiyoshi’s car and says ok keep the red pedal down until I say go. And he goes to fire up Timi’s car. But as soon as he steps away Kiyoshi pins it and now he’s pushing Timi and his cart out of the pit lane!!!!! The guy is chasing after them stop!stop!stop! So somehow the kid knew what was the stop pedal because he stopped.
Probably should have known right then that this might not have been a good idea. And the part I laughed at was the writing on the back of the carts “No Bumping”. That’s awesome you have 5 year old kids ripping around into each other because they can’t read the signs!!
It was like watching Coke Trickle we were going to tell him to go out and hit the pace car….
