Kiyoshi’s Nose Hill Park educational adventure, sorry Star Lord you weren’t invited this is my ship.
Due to technical difficulties, school was an option today. So Kiyoshi stayed home and helped Daddy do his work until there wasn’t any work getting done with extra hands on the keyboard.
So we ventured off to the park across the street. It was a long 100 foot walk from the truck to the playground after we drove the 45 seconds there from the house. Some climbing and monkey bars and we were off for a Froster and another walk in the park Kazansky.
Here’s some of today’s artwork through the lens.

And on to Nose Hill Park where at this time of year it is a mix of green and dried grasses, bulbs and blossoms, blooming flowers and bugs. We discovered a new trail of stairs going up the hill. It seems like a different place depending on which part of the hill you go from.
There was a low grade dirt trail to the left and another hill to the right with the stair climber extreme workout. Kiyoshi picked the stairs.
It was quite a walk but we stopped many times for the bugs and flowers and for Kiyoshi to take some pictures and me to catch my breath. It’s been a winding mix of sun snow sun rain frost and more rain the past few weeks. And it was back to sunshine today. For at least 30 minutes.

And we did get a few pics along the way. It’s funny, usually after a rain you can see a lot of the horizon. It rained pretty heavy last night and there was still a lot of hazy mist in the air in the distance. But up close, we saw some nice colour and some bugs and shrubs in different shades of bloom.

Tomorrow it’s back to a traditional non traditional education at BRS now that the technical difficulties have been resolved.
